What is Reiki?
Reiki (pronounced “ray-kee”) is a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes healing of mind, body, and spirit. Reiki is based on the understanding that humans and all living things have a universal life force energy that flows through them.
This energy can become disrupted when we allow negative thoughts, feelings, behaviors, or attitudes toward ourselves, others and life in general to take hold.
We all know the proven science that shows how STRESS, ANXIETY and other NEGATIVE EMOTIONS can impact our mental and physical well-being. No matter the resulting condition, the power of Reiki is becoming known as a powerful, safe & effective healing tool to help. In fact, more & more hospitals in the United States and around the world are implementing Reiki to aide in a patient’s healing process, both mentally and physically.
A reiki session assists in balancing energy and restoring it back to its natural peaceful & powerful healthy flow.
Reiki is administered when the practitioner places their hands physically or virtually over a client’s body to facilitate the process of healing and alignment. You do not need to be in physical proximity for Reiki energy healing, making it possible to receive Reiki remotely from anywhere in the world.
